Michael Dawson, CEO and Founder of Fidelis LLC, is an 18-year veteran in the financial services industry. He has held mid and senior management positions at Wells Fargo and Nicholas Financial. He started Fidelis Financial in 2012 to help small business owners navigate through the financial aspects of their business. Fidelis has since expanded into real estate and tax services. Michael holds a BS in business administration from Claflin University.

Denise Dawson, CEO and Founder of Fidelis Tax Services, holds a BBA in accounting from Savannah State University. Denise held various accounting roles at Merchant Metals and TenCate Protective Fabrics. She started Fidelis Tax Services because of her passion for helping others achieve their tax and accounting goals.
